Manga Style Illustration
Full hi-res illustration in black & white manga style. Flat blacks and screen tones are used for shading just like how an actual manga is rendered.Comes complete with a background that is relatively simple.

Only Full Body models are accepted for now.
Rig only orders must have a finished PSD ready upon application.
Model Art orders must have clear reference sheets available, no mood boards and major design work. A rough colored sketch of the model with clear reference of details would suffice. Long descriptive text with only a collection of photos that have yet to be put together on a model will be harder to work with and is not preferred.
Model will be rigged for VtubeStudio.
Payment will only be accepted once work on your model is about to start.
Payment must be settled 100% upfront for Rig Only & Art Only orders, while payment for Model Art + Rig may be requested to be split: 50% for the initial and the remaining settled BEFORE starting the Rigging phase.
Commercial fee is already included for content creators / individuals. For official business / corporate / brand work, please kindly reach out to me, preferably through email, and I would be more than happy to discuss any possible opportunities!

If you are unable to pay on your turn, you will be skipped and sent to the last of the current waitlist. You may not skip the queue in the event that you are able to pay earlier than your new slot. *3. Payments are for Digital Goods only. You will not be receiving any physical copy of the commission. Transaction will be considered valid and fulfilled once the finished work has been sent over.4. Refunds will not be honored once I’ve started working on the commission. Please refer to my waitlist to see updates.5. PayPal service fee will be deducted should a refund be eligible.II. REVISIONS1. You are entitled to up to two (2) major revisions during sketching phase.2. After the sketch has been approved, only minor changes that will not disrupt a significant part of the work will be accepted. Anything in excess will incur a fee.3. I reserve the right to decline any revision request that I am not comfortable in doing.4. Revisions after the final commission file has been submitted will not be entertained.III. Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.3. Use the commissioned work, including its process, however I see fit. Do not have the right and are strictly prohibited to use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related and/or A.I. (artificial intelligence) / machine learning technology in any way or form.2. May not claim the commission as your own illustrated work and must credit back to me as the artist. Removal of any signatures / watermark is strictly prohibited.3. Have special permission to use the commission commercially in a digitally formatted setting such as streaming/video asset, social media posts & promotions, etc. as long as you are an individual content creator and you yourself or a confirmed representative has commissioned me directly.* - Omitted in the PayPal Invoice assuming you have already paid and agree to the rest of the terms.

Once the final commission file has been sent, the commissioner has thirty (30) days to request for minor rigging revisions. Going beyond the thirty (30) day period will incur a fee. Any revision request deemed to be major enough to take a considerable amount of time will need to be scheduled.IV. COPYRIGHT AND USAGEA. AS THE ARTIST, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:1. Retain my copyright over the final artwork as the artist and/or rigger and claim the work as my own.2. Use the commissioned work, including its process, however I see fit. Examples are, but not limited to: Inclusion to my portfolio, social media posts and promotion, video and stream content.B. THE CLIENT AND OTHER PARTIES:1. Does not have the right to use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology. Use of my art and/or rigging for representation or association with any blockchain-related technology is strictly prohibited.2. Are strictly prohibited in using my work for AI (artificial intelligence) art in any way or form.3. May not claim the commission as their own work and must credit back to me as the artist and/or Live2D rigger (whichever applies). I require credit to be shown in an easily viewed place, with links to either my website or my Twitter as much as possible.4. May use the commission commercially, provided they are an individual. However, selling/distribution of the commission files itself (runtime files) is prohibited.
